Q. DOES VACATION WITH JAMES OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
A. Yes. Vacation with James offers payment plans for vacations that are being booked 120 days or more in advance. Any vacations that are 120 days or under will need to be paid in full at the time of booking. We are happy to announce that we do work with UPLIFT who you can use to book your trip and pay for it later.
Q. DOES VACATION WITH JAMES HAVE ANY FURTHER FEES?
A. Before any research takes place, there is a trip planning fee that must be paid in full for your quote. Trip planning fees are non-refundable and will not be applied to any portion of your selected vacation. Trip planning fees for research are good for 10 days with one included change. After this time if any changes to your quote are requested, a new trip planning fee will be assessed.
Q. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
A. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to vacationwithjames@gmail.com with your invoice number/confirmation number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days, please call (689) 287-2292 to ensure your information was received. Please note that a cancellation does not always result in a refund. If you cancel your booking without insurance, after final payment/due date you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your arrangements prior to your final payment/due date with or without insurance, your right to a partial refund may be limited.
Q. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ITENERARY AFTER IT HAS BEEN BOOKED?
A. Yes, you can make changes to your itinerary after it has been booked, but please note that there can be additional fees if applicable.
Q. CAN YOU PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DINING, ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER LOCAL EXPERIENCES?
A. Yes, we can provide recommendations for dining, activities, and other local experiences based on your preferences and interests.
